Nancy Wiegers Greenwald, Esq.
A founder and partner of Discovery Dispute Solutions, Ms. Greenwald has more than 25 years of experience as an atorney and business executive. Ms. Greenwald has experience in a large law firms setting and as in-house counsel for a design-build construction company she helped found. Ms. Greenwald is an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association's Construction Industry Panel, a certified mediator in Virginia, and an experienced discovery dispute mediator. Her combination of experience in litigation, ADR, and business makes her particularly suited to assisting parties in negotiating cost-effective solutions that take practical as well as legal concerns into account.
